Quirky socks are a dash of character for the suited and booted. We encouraged interaction though a personality based taxonomy users could relate to.

The challenge

TwoSocks came to us looking for a brand refresh: A new identity, fresh eCommerce, CRM strategy, revised packaging, sock design and a fresh, playful communications strategy and content plan.
We were enthused by this rare opportunity to completely revitalise a brand from the ground up.

The resolve

After fully redesigning the brand identity, we started work building a Magento commerce site, with a number of bespoke modules, including a membership platform that functioned as a reverse pyramid scheme. Referrals build credit with ‘The Bank of TwoSocks’, and the scheme’s viral uplift saw huge successes post launch. Our design team also had a lot of fun redesigning the physical socks themselves!
From a search perspective, we ran an aggressive SEO and PPC strategy. A kick-off to our content strategy included conducting a series of interviews in the financial sector to reveal some surprising sock trends. In tandem, we began a photoshoots schedule, as well as filming an art-house edit destined for FashionTV.

The relationship

Our partnership saw us develop copy, photography, video, packaging and a full marketing strategy. On launch, we won an award from Magento for innovation in eCommerce. Within 3 months we had built sales by 300%, wide reaching coverage in fashion blogs, and a number 10 ranking in Google for ‘socks’ as a search term
