Ranking 35th out of the 79 shortlisted entrants recognised for exceptional culture and working environments. Beyond this, we also came 21st out of 42 in our ‘Best Small Places to Work’ category.

Campaign’s Best Places to Work celebrates employers who have proved they know what it takes to create environments where people love to come to work. Identifying and recognising these outstanding workplaces is a joint effort by Campaign and Best Companies Group. The programme is open to all publicly or privately held organisations within the ad agency, adtech, media, and marketing industries.

The thorough assessment is conducted by an independent specialist company, Best Companies Group. The two-part process surveys both the employer and the employees gathering comprehensive data for determining the strengths and opportunities of the participating companies.

We are a diverse and inclusive team, with 19 nationalities and an equal gender split. We’ve held a 98.3% staff retention rate, in part due to our unique cultural initiatives that create an unspoken value system and familial bonds among our people.

We attract employees mainly through referrals, and freelancers often end up taking permanent residence with us. We’ve even had former clients join our team after a positive and rewarding client relationship.

Commitment to each and every staff member’s health and happiness is at the forefront of Matter Of Form’s vision for success, and we’re proud to consistently maintain high levels of staff satisfaction and retention.

As well as what a few of our team have to say about life at Matter Of Form:

“Respect for work-life balance is definitely something that comes through from the top down.” Michael Simmonds, Junior Web Developer.

“I consider myself so lucky to work at an agency where I am excited to go to work every day. The team spirit is palpable” Juliet Watkin-Rees, Marketing Executive.

‘You always find people eating together, cooking together. The fact we have a monthly agency lunch where we all come together whilst someone takes it, in turn, to cook for the agency really cements our team ethic, which comes through to the work we do.’ Chris Wilcox, CTO

“Meditation is never something I thought I would get into, but I’m so glad it’s been encouraged! It’s a life-changing practice that has made me infinitely more aware, contented and calm.” Louise Earl, Account Director

“The environment is so conducive to succeeding, learning, thriving and enjoying work, in a way that I haven’t experience anywhere else.” Rachel Clay, Head of Social & Influencer Marketing.

“Everyone is spiritually attuned with each other. I think it is a very endearing and encouraging place to come to work every day. Everyone has an unspoken set of values and ideals, which really makes this place unique” Anant Sharma, CEO & Founder.
