Commitment to each and every staff member’s health and happiness is at the forefront of Matter Of Form’s vision for success, and we’re proud to consistently maintain high levels of staff satisfaction and retention.

The awards recognise the top performers across 26 industry categories, as well as firms who are the most inclusive, best in well-being, and those who have the most engaged workforce.

Category winners are organisations who have scored top for one or more of the WorkL categories. These results are based on data collected from the free Happy At Work Test which has seen over 20,000 organisation entries.

Overall, Matter Of Form were listed as one of WorkL’s Top 20 ‘Most Engaged’ workforces as well as the winner of the Technology category. We were awarded a Gold Medal for our survey results - to win gold, an organisation must have scored an average of 80% or above in the Happy at Work Test.

Anant Sharma, CEO, Matter Of Form, commented on the win, “Maintaining staff culture over the last 18 months has been particularly tricky with COVID and WFH - especially with the nature of our work thriving on collaboration, team spirit and getting hands on. So we are particularly delighted to be recognised by The Telegraph & WorkL at this time for having a happy, engaged culture - it’s something we are immensely proud of as a business. We have loved being back in the office as a team and re-igniting the in-person chemistry and spark.”

“I’m pleased to congratulate Matter Of Form on beating thousands of other companies across their category to be crowned a winner. After such a difficult 18 months in business, I’m pleased that our awards are celebrating organisations that are leading the way in their category, creating happy and engaged employees.“  The Founder of WorkL is the former Trade Minister and ex Managing Director of Waitrose, Lord Mark Price.
