The Collective are focussed on spearheading a new lifestyle category combining co-living apartments, co-working spaces, communal areas, shared utilities and an exciting events programme. All within single, unified environments.
As the business enters an era of extensive growth, Matter Of Form have been selected as a strategic design and tech partner, helping bring the brand to life across its digital touchpoints.
Since launch, the brands’ core focus has been on designing a 360 lifestyle experience for short and long-term residents. But as the organisation increases its portfolio of physical assets and diversifies its proposition, it will be key to organise and shape the experience with a clear design system – one that a multitude of user types can relate to.
Architecturally, the buildings are designed to encourage like-minded individuals to live as a community in ‘connected spaces’ – naturally attracting young professionals, globetrotters and digital nomads.
Digital will play a key role in bringing users together and integrating aspects of the service proposition – helping to turn the business from a real-estate firm into a tech player.
At MOF we’re fascinated by the future of living and working, and how technology might better unlock human interactions. We couldn’t be more excited to partner with such a category-defining brand that shares so many of our own values.
